But the foundation of this company began years earlier, with the guidance and inspiration of Luis Alberto Rubio, Luis’s father. With decades of experience in the construction field, Luis Alberto played a key role in the creation of Rubios Concrete, helping shape its values and laying the groundwork for what would become a respected name in the industry. Over time, Luis Alberto stepped away from the business, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, hard work, and family strength that continues to guide us every day.
